The standard inside-the-alliance Apparatus tech deal is 3m/50t.
This benefits the seller more than the buyer, but encourages low-level growth, which in turn, helps the entire alliance.
You don't HAVE to use this system, but it's the recommended trade from your friendly Civics Department.

Pax uses the 6/150 deal as a happy medium for both buyer and seller, too. But we do try and give our folks the more beneficial 3/50 whenever possible.  Scrooges.  |

I understand the advantage of the 3m 50 for me but i like the 6m/150 medium. It's nice to see our upper nations at a nice beefy tech:infra ratio imo.
By the way, 2 slots open! Get em why they're hot
