Hey Gordon, missed your signup thread. Glad to have you here. Good job on finding the right place to post this request. All my slots are full up right now. But I am sure others will step up. Otherwise, search the aid slots of our larger nations. If you see some with open slots that are tech dealing, send them a PM.
