PS You should also tell who you'd like to get the nomination and why.
EDIT: My bad: Newt, not New.

Ron Paul because its time to start worrying about our country and security not everybody else's security and business.

That's nice... but do you actually think he's gonna win the nomination?

Well Obama got elected some how.

Might have been that Pres. Obama's closest competition was a dude who slept around on his cancer-riddled wife (John Edwards). This country doesn't seem ready for a female president yet -- they were like "Oh shit he's black." ... "Well, at least he has dangling bits."
Ron Paul is running to make a statement, and I don't mind that. But he won't be nominated, and certainly wouldn't be elected. Wall Street would make sure of that, lol.

I still think Romney is going to be viewed as the most electable out of this ridiculous gaggle.
Like Wulf said, Obama got elected somehow (remember, we DO actually have Obama supporters among us, so I'll refrain from my usual anti-Christ accusations). I'm scared shitless that he'll get another 4 years, I really am.

If we can get a Republican Congress in and lose the White House I will not groan too much.

I agree with wulf we need to "lay-off" the other country's and start worrying about our own,iv noticed a lot of other country's don't like america as much as "we" think they do. I'm voting Ron Paul.

I expect Mitt Romney will get the nomination, but hope Newt Gingrich wins it, that way I'm absolutely sure we'll have Obama in the White House for another 4 years.

Whatever will buffer the Democrats. Congress or White House or both will do.

I hate politics. I really do. I try to avoid talking politics as much as I try to avoid talking religion (it's not fun being the minority and finding yourself attacked quite viciously just because you don't share the same religious views as others.) This has happened to me in the past, hence I usually refrain from comment. However... I am very discouraged in the way our country is being run. I too, wish we could focus more on internal affairs such as protecting our own asses, instead of always coming to the rescue where it seems to not even be appreciated. I definitely DON'T want Obama for another 4 years. Hell, I don't even want him to finish out his term. Yet I also don't want any of the republicans who are running...except for maybe Ron Paul. So am I a Democrat or a Republican? I don't even know, perhaps someone can tell me. I just want someone who can set our country right and focus on what is important to the people. Personally, I think a woman would be good. Get some true change in there...I always thought Hillary 'might' have been good for the job.

As long as the dems and reps split one of the legislature or presidency (president, house, senate), I don't really care much who wins. I don't like radical change and having one in total control (either party) kind of scares me...
