Again, we'll go back to logic:
A) Science has been wrong a number of times in the past (no argument from me there) B) A number of things have been taken "on faith", and have later been proven correct through scientific inquiry (again, no argument)
C) That means the things a number of people take on faith are definitely correct, and saying they aren't correct because science can't prove them is "closed minded".
Counter-Example: I am in fact in contact with a telepathic alien from outer space. You can't prove or disprove this statement via science or anything else for that matter. If you say I'm wrong, I just tell you that you're being "closed minded". How do you prove I'm lying?
So, I ask you Doornail: Can't anyone use the logic in your post above to make any statement they want, and if you disagree with it upon any number of bases, can't they say you're just being closed minded?
At which point, since there's absolutely no burden of proof upon the maker of any statement, couldn't you just say all truth is relative to the person viewing that truth, and call it a day?

I can agree to that, which is what's odd about somebody that's doing just the opposite by not picking out one conspiracy and saying "that's BS!" instead of claiming all of the conspiracies are false. *** Here's a fresh vid of Sheriff Joe's investigation, there's a full 2 hour vid out(think this is just a section of it)..It's funny how this is a big a scandal as ever, yet there seems to be a media blackout on it, when diversions like the Zimmerman/Martin case that are "big news" and seem to be trying to incite a race war. lol @ this pic

DN: For the record, I don't think one of your conspiracies are BS... I think all of them are. What I'm saying is, I can't have a reasonable discussion or argument with you about it, because just as you have no direct proof you're right, I have no direct proof you're wrong. You call it closed minded that I disagree with you, I call it closed minded that you disagree with me. It's a wash through and through. Which is what brings me back to my original response in regards to arguing issues of faith. So I guess I'm just going to go about my day, as you're right, I really have no vested interest in trying to convince you one way or the other I can't wait for all the people to come out with "birther" docs about Romney or Santorum... oh wait... they won't... both of those guys are white.

Hey, you might have a case with Romney.

Doornail, I do not mean to attack your personal character. If I do, I dearly apologize.
You attack us as close minded, and yet you refuse to listen to logical argument. Aren't you also close minded?

they aren't all conspiracies, the sun flares and near earth asteroids are backed up by todays technology, the possibilities of either happening are greater now than they have ever been, nor can we do anything about them. The reason for posting those two was to show that we're probably not going to have much, if any warning.
The racial divide is a distraction and a good way to enact marshal law if things get out of hand, don' t fall for the hate that will execute a plan of causing chaos amongst us.
Old man Bush endorsed Romney the other day, the secret society that he admitted to being in, has chosen the next president IMO

Wow. I thought the secret society president theory was out of date today.
I stand corrected.

Nope, folks are always bringing the secret societies up. But it's not all republicans. And just because old man Bush (secret society) picked the *republican* nominee (Romney has pretty much been the frontrunner--I'd be convinced if, say, Gingrich got the endorsement and miraculously came from behind to snag the nomination), doesn't mean the media is going to let him beat their dreamchild Obama.

The constant in all of my conversations with conservatives is that they always try to tell people that the media is ultra-liberal and that Obama is a socialist they love up and down. The sky is apparently also now orange...
The Washington Post is just about the only leftist newspaper out there and they constantly bash him for not being progressive enough. Meanwhile, you have Faux News, CNN (the ambulance chase network), and at least 75% of talk radio dedicated to trashing the dude.
What channels are you watching that love Obama so much? Please tell me so I can turn to them.
Okay, MSNBC has quite consciously decided to become the left-wing crazy version of Faux News. Rachel Maddow and Keith Olberman both have their heads firmly embedded up his ass.
There's also that one liberal radio station, DemocracyNow!, which is carried by less than half of the stations that carry Rush Limbaugh.
Now, I know of two. Others?

Commie Network News (CNN) still has its collective head up his ass. Even Fox has commentators on fairly regularly that kiss his feet with almost every other word out of their mouths.
It's downright frightening, the thought that he's not progressive ENOUGH. Sorry, when someone believes in the redistribution of wealth, they are socialist. And it's come out of Obama's own mouth enough to tell me that he is a socialist.
Hey, shouldn't this be in that political thread? Lol

the current pres is in the secret society, it explains alot of things really..the monotone reading from the telepromter and the I don't have a clue how to run a country mentality.
he's probably about to be outed by sheriff Joe, so changing to a repub is the wise choice to keep the masses asleep
